Do yourself a favor and buy it
I swear by this product! I sleep so well after adding this to my nightly routine. The sleep I get is restful, deep and recharging. I pair this with ashwaghanda before bed and it’s a game changer. when I ran out, I purchased a different brand at my local drug store and it did not work as well as this one. Magnesium glycinate has helped with my period as well they aren’t as terrible.

Great supplement
Qunol makes great stuff. Qunol is one of the best supplement brands on the market. They don't make a lot of supplements, but the ones they do they put a lot of research into assuring quality and high absorption.I've tried a few different magnesium glycinate products in the past and this is the only one that tastes slightly sweet. That's because it's chemically supposed to taste sweet.
