I was a little skeptical when purchasing this off-brand printer, but I am glad I took the chance! I have printed thousands of shipping labels through this printer and have never had a single issue! The phone app connects to the printer instantly and it only takes about 2 seconds to print an entire shipping label. I only print black and white shipping labels but the performance has been flawless. I like that the printer is very small and can fit nicely on a shelf so I can leave it there permanently instead of having to put it away between uses. additional labels are extremely easy to install and with the touch of a button it will "self center" on the label to make sure there aren't any hiccups on your next print. the unit came with a USB drive that has all of the software on it - but with todays worries, I opted to NOT plug this USB into any of my devices, I instead scanned the QR code on the box with my phone and installed the software that way. It may be nothing - but I have issues trusting USB devices from random companies these days.

Great printer for homemade stickers and labels. Decent printer for a low volume seller.Waited a few months to review this printer. I sell online (as a small side business) but not high volume. I use the app to download and print labels. Overall it was pretty easy to set up and use. I had some glitches at first with printing size. I was able to adjust it by editing them in app, and then through the platforms I use. Overall it’s pretty easy to use. I just question how great this is for a volume seller. I have not yet tested using my laptop with the printer. I wish I could print directly from the sites without the app.I plan to report back once I test out volume printing. For now I’m using it a few times a week and I’m very happy with the quality and output for the price! Recommended if you don’t want to spend more

Highly Recommend if you ship packages on a daily basis. Very easy to set up and use. The compact design allows it to fit in a small area but be sure to leave room for the chords. The ink quality is great and very easy to read. The best part, it is so easy to load the labels. And if it gets jammed, it is an easy fix. Love the overall simplicity for someone not so techy.

Great small printer for quick jobs! Using it for professional craft labels as print quality is very good and there are many label types and sizes to choose from. Also printing shipping labels directly with it - quick and easy!One important quality was the ability to share it easily without fussy configurations with multiple users.

This label printer is a good compact size and easy to store in the original box. It prints the labels clearly. I hardwired the printer to my laptop for ease of use because Bluetooth has not worked probably for me. I mainly use 4x6 labels and buy their labels as well. I’ve printed about 500 labels so far and had one issue that involved something as easy as wiping the inside of the feeder to clear of debris. Tech support is via text message or email so there is a wait time to hear back. They provide a number for tech support and it goes to a voicemail. On the two occasions that I reached out to tech support they were able to resolve my issue.

I love this printer. It was so easy to set up and connect to my phone. There's so many different templates to use or you can use your own. I can print a bulk amount of labels in seconds. It self adjusts to the size of the labels. It can print on different shaped labels as well. So far, every label has printed very clear and easy to read.

Yeah. This one works. Printing from Windows 11 PC both USB AND / OR Bluetooth. The driver actually work.Took awhile to get it to print properly. Had to learn how to change default printer in eBay. Now prints directly from Chrome.Returned the BLE80 because as stated did NOT print from Windows. Drivers never loaded.

Firstly great quality for the price!This thermal printer has been in my cart for months. I love my cricut but nothing compared to actually having a label printer for just that! Very fast. Perfect size!I use Canva to print my labels for my microbakery. And you can fit this printer anywhere because it’s small. Love it! Will recommend to others.
