Excellent item good quality and value for money

Bought this for my son for his Meta Quest 2 gift for Xmas. Very easy to setup, and sturdy. However, the batteries that are supplied with the item do not charge. All connections with the batteries and the controller covers lined up, just a constant red & white light flashing.Does charge the headset, that's the only reason for the one star.Do not buy, cheap-cheap-cheap, pay a few extra £££ and get a decent and reputable one.

Great product, I got this specifically because I wanted to avoid height over width, it took several days to figure out my issue, the R and L are not particularly helpful and the controllers will dock onto the studs either way round (ie left one back to front on the right side) so it feels like its docked, pins look like they align, but it wont charge, once I worked out my error I put labels R and L on the controllers to make sure I put the right ones on the right spot, main magnetic connector is firm when docked but can sometimes need a little wiggle to get it seated right, likewise controllers have a feel to them when mounted correctly so a little wiggle and your good to go, once they are all docked correctly they seem to charge fine though overcharge protection left my controllers at 90% but considering they outlast the head unit considerably thats not an issue at all, not sure I'd trust it mounted on a wall but looks good and the 3 red led's to tell you independently when each part is "on charge" is a good clear indicator, sound quality build and feel much like the Meta unit itself and the controller covers are secure and easy to swap over, allignment of the replacement batteries to the new covers is easy not needing exact placement with sufficient contact allowance and easy to determine best placement, well worth the purchase to not need to constantly replace batters weekly / monthly

Got for my son for Xmas. Always been slow charging, but now in Feb it dosnt want to charge the handsets.Not impressed.

The item stopped working in February, contacted the seller but didn't get a reply. It's a shame because I had high expectations for this item and now I need to buy another one. Not very happy...
