Surprisingly decent pads. After trying over a dozen brands of pads and tampons as well as cups and period underwear, I'd have to say Always finally made a pretty decent product. I have a pretty heavy cycle and tend to have issues with bleeding through other pads. I was pretty skeptical when I saw how flimsy looking the pad was. However, to my surprise they work very well and I've had minimal to zero spill through so far. I've been using them for my last 7 cycles, and they have become my preferred pad method when I'm unable to use period underwear. I do recommend wearing comfortable underwear with room for the flaps. Not bulky or uncomfortable. Some members of my family find their appearance a little uncomfortable due to Trypophobia .

These are one of the best sanitary products that you can have. You don’t feel a thing after wearing them and they last. Don’t think twice before buying them if you have medium flow and they are very very soft on skin.
