Helps with bed time
I put the oil in the diffuser about 30 minutes before bedtime. My son seems to calm down and goes to sleep faster. We have had less bad dreams and I have noticed he is able to sleep through the night.

Oil All The Time!
I love this oil! It suited my needs perfectly. I am going to order some of the roll on's so I can use the scent on my body. Oils are great for me because I don't have to worry about them the way I do spray perfumes which aggravates my allergies beyond belief. I will definitely buy this product again, and again, and again!
