Holes may not line up precisely but mine were close enough not be be a problem.
It was worth the wait for this. The original scratch plate on this guitar was Mint Green and I found it annoying on a blue guitar with a Pau Ferro neck (dark wood).The important thing to check is how many screw holes are in your Tele and also if you can see adjuster screws in the neck pickup. Mine doesn’t and this scratch plate also doesn’t have pickup adjuster screws. If yours does you’ll need to drill your own.The holes lined up very well but you need to expect slight variances. I was lucky and everything lined up perfectly. The quality of the scratch plate itself is very good.Be aware that the plate comes with TWO layers of clear 3M plastic protection. When you take off the first one, the finish looks a little uneven; this is because there is still one layer let you peel off. Once you get past this, the finish is very good.I was so happy with this purchase I ordered a black pearl scratch plate/pick guard which is equally good.My Tele is a Mexican Vintera 60’s

Total rubbish
Pretty poor quality. The plastic scratches too easily. The holes didn't line up correctly with the guitar screw holes, so I had to put them in at a slight angle. There were no screw holes on either side of the pickups so I had to drill them. The packaging was good and arrived in one piece, plus the price was cheap.

Fits Fender Roadworn perfectly...
This mirror scratchplate is splendid.Good thickness to the Perspex ,which has the edge neatly angled inwards to give a smart finish .(The attached image is to demonstrate the reflection.It doesn’t come with a cheery Buddha picture 😃) Edit.I also bought the clear Perspex plate ,same size and quality....check the pictures for ideas of what can be done!🤓

Superb quality
The pictures really don't do the finish justice. It looks stunning in your hands. Just like a blue mother-of-pearl. The quality is excellent & the plate is good and thick so isn't going to snap the 1st time you hit it with a pick.

Good quality guard.
Decent quality with a side bevel.Thicker than a vintage acrylic Fender guard as used on a Paisley or blue flower model - those guards also don't have a bevelled edge.Not quite fender screw spacing if I recall correctly. Recommended for new builds though.

Good quality product, well made and a reasonable price, will look good on the Telecaster that I am making.
