I am revising my review, because when I contacted the seller to inform them of the problem I was having, they informed me that they would send me a new diffuser even though it was past the time frame for Amazon’s return policy. I love this diffuser, it’s an excellent product, it holds a lot of water and it runs for a very long time. I like that I have the option of turning the lights on or turning them completely off, (as most other diffusers don’t allow you to shut the lights completely off while the diffuser is running). I also love the design, it’s very attractive and different.So nice to purchase from a seller that values their customers and gives good customer service! I highly recommend purchasing from this seller! I am looking forward to receiving my new diffuser and intend to buy more of these diffusers in the future, for other rooms in the house. I have bought a number of different diffusers over the years and this one is by far my favorite.

I really love the Arvidsson essential oil diffuser 500 mL. I shopped and shopped for a essential oriole diffuser and finally found this one. It is wonderful. Besides the large capacity water tank the output of mist is great and you’re not always filling the water tank. It is a little louder than I expected it to be with a low hum and what sounds like a bubbling brook. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a oil diffuser.

I've been using this for 2.5 years and have been quite pleased with it. It doesn't get used every day, sometimes sits idle for a week or more - especially when the windows are open. I've only used distilled water, and a gallon lasts much longer than expected - I'm on my third jug.It's nearly silent and the lights are cool, though I don't usually turn them on. The large capacity is terrific - I don't need to fill it before every use, and I'm sure my houseplants appreciate the added humidity.I usually turn it on full for 30 minutes and then switch to intermittent mode. The only problem is, after 30 minutes you don't really notice the aroma anymore unless you leave the room/go outside and come back in. Of course that happens with candles or air fresheners too, it's no fault of the diffuser.I see this item is unavailable now. That's disappointing, but I'm glad I got mine! 😺

I am very pleased with this diffuser. I actually have quite a few diffusers, I place them around my plants for the moisture and then of course for myself. The scent and lighting soothes. Wbat I am liking about this diffuser is it's large tank and output of mist. It has great output of mist and the decorative look it beautiful. It has a little bubbling sound as it mists but is soothing rather then annoying. It is also quiet electrical wise. I am pleased!

Had others, didnt like them and broke. This one is high quality, very pretty, large enough to last all day or longer

This has a lovely design with several different settings to adjust the mist level, as well as the lights. Due to the large 500ml reservoir, it lasts a long time.

I've had this diffuser for less then a year and a half. I've only used it a couple of times due to a move but it just stopped working this morning (no steam coming out). Trying to contact customer service to see if i can find a number. Please help!
