Absolutely Perfect for Anything!
Bought these to use in the kitchen NOT outdoors and am delighted! Pefrect for fileting, cutting, boning and trimming any / all kinds of fish, poultry, meats & even vegetables. Ran them all through the fine side of the sharpener a few times before using to be sure the edges were clean & free of any small burrs then washed them. WOW! Very sharp edges, precise cuts, beautiful, easy filets! Extremely happy with these! Would recommend to anyone with NO reservations!

I got a set for my boy friend and he loved it. He uses them all the time. He said they stay sharp for a long while. He can cut meat paper thin. So this set is for his son- in-law for a Christmas gifts.

Used for butchering
We butcher sheep and goats and these were the best knife to break down the meat. They cut like butter. This is our second set. Really nice grip and easy to handle.

My Son Really Likes ....
I personally can’t say anything about these knives... I gifted them to my son as a Christmas gift.he is an avid fisherman... and was very pleased with my gift...he lives in Florida and loves the knifes...he has found them useful ...good quality.....

Great gift
Gave these to a friend who has a fishing/ pleasure boat. He only had a couple of bad knives. He really likes these because he can stow them in case and says they make filleting easy and are easy to keep sharp. Great idea for those (like me😉) who want to get invited to go boating more often.
