This balm is amazing. I've been dealing with a dry flaky section on my upper lip for months that wouldn't heal. Then recently my lips got way worse (I think I had a reaction to lanolin), super cracked, painful, dry and flaky. I stopped using any lip products with color or fragrance alto see if that would heal it (tried jojoba oil with aquaphor on top as an occlusive). It only got a tiny bit better. Tried this Cortibalm and got relief in less than just hours, and after 24 hours my lip issues were mostly all gone! They are healed 100% now after 2 days of usage. I am so happy and so glad I bought this product. I don't even have any little flakes on my lips anymore and that was my norm for decades even before my more severe lip issues began. After a trip to Arizona and over applying a fragranced lip balm I was sensitive to, I've been struggling to get my lips back to normal. I've tried all the classics and none of them were healing the underlying issue. This quickly got me back to a stable point and I couldn't be happier with it. I wish I had found it 3 months ago.I see some comments about the scent - don't let that stop you. It's not great, but it's not awful, and I can't smell it when it's on. I only smell it if I intentionally sniff it.

This product brought my lips back to life. I dealt with severely chapped and painful lips for months. The corners of my mouth were cracked and my top lip was always in pain. It was making my life miserable as I was always uncomfortable and constantly using chapstick. I tried vitamins and staying hydrated and multiple ointments but nothing worked. The same day I started using this product my lips were feeling much better and now less than a week later my lips are back to normal and I don’t even need to use chapstick anymore.

Absolutely incredible. I started using a new face serum and it gave me severely chapped lips for two months. Nothing was helping and my lips had gotten so bad they were bleeding. I came across this yesterday and started using it last night as soon as I received it. Within a few hours my lips were starting to heal. I kept reapplying it and this morning my lips were fully healed. They feel the softest and smoothest they ever have. I'm so happy I found this product and wish I had it sooner so I didn't have to suffer for two months.

My daughter is on acutane and this really helps. It is the only one that really smooths.

I never leave reviews. You NEED to try this. I just started Accutane 2 weeks ago and I’m experiencing lips so chapped they were turning into cold sores. Regular chap stick, (vasoline brand, Burt’s bees, and many others) did nothing. I tried the aquaphor healing stick and that provided immediate relief but didn’t actually heal them. I’ve used this Dr Dan for one day and my lips feel soooo much better and the cold sore on the corner of my lip is visibly smaller in just a couple of hours. I will continue to buy this

I never write reviews but had to share how awesome this balm is! I’ve been on accutane for several months now and my lips got absolutely wrecked—they were so dried out, cracked, and constantly peeling and raw…it was incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing. I tried every chapstick under the sun with zero relief. Then my derm recommended this and gave me some samples. Literally after the first application my lips were back to normal! It truly felt like a miracle. 100% would recommend if you have dry lips and nothing else has worked.Also, other people have commented about the smell/taste of it but I didn’t notice a taste at all, and I’m sensitive to it on other lip balms (like the Sun Bum ones make me sick).Thanks for the amazing product!

The only thing that finally healed my chapped lips! I seriously tried everything, drinking more water, petroleum jelly, face masks, anything and everything. This alone did the trick and within 24 hours I noticed relief!!! Do not wait, order this now!!! My only regret is not finding and ordering it sooner :)
