Brilliant! Absolutely essential purchase for anyone with an interest in the 70s F1 era when racing drivers were proper drivers and circuits were a real challenge with a somewhat lax approach to safety. Superb photography throughout combined with informative captions make this a thoroughly entertaining read. Would definitely purchase a third volume from the same era should one be published, or even a second volume covering the 80s.

Excellent photographs from an era when motor racing was at its best - the days when, if you shut your eyes and a car approached you could name the specific engine manufacturer. Super call back the past feel ...

Another brilliant book in the series, Excellent photographs and well written texts,Perfect for a trip into Formula 1 from the seventies, ( I remember I was there.) if you like F1, you won't be disappointed with this second volume, a perfect companion for Vol 1. Well worth the money. Lets have a book from the nineties and noughties too.

Having started to follow formula one in the 70's this photographic collection brought back fond memories.The book encapsulates the era and remembers not only the stars but also the obscure and not so well known contenders.

An essential book for anyone interested in this era of F1. Wonderful photos, really interesting text, an excellent addition to the series.
