This is a beautiful and very well made ceramic steeping mug. There are currently three colour ways to choose from. I love the accent of the wooden handle and the mug is just really lovely to use. Perfect for my sencha!

Received the cup with is handle broken. The box looked perfectly fine. Does not seem durable.

These are great and look stylish. We love them. However we have had a number of breakages where the wooden handle has come off, and one where the filter membrane has come away from the funnel.

As it says above. Great idea, but it came broken and the box was damaged

Arrived with handle broken and lid missing. I waited ages for this too arrive and it's useless.Now have to wait a week for refund and a replacement won't arrive on time to be of use. Not impressed.

I ordered this 3-piece ceramic MBSM tea infuser mug because I love loose leaf tea but don't always have the time or inclination for a full pot of tea and this is a great size. I also like the half-wood design for the handle.I chose the one with the matte green glaze with black at the top which gives it a studio pottery feel, especially with the part-wooden handle which looks like walnut. This wooden part of the handle means the mug must be handwashed, it can't be put in the dishwasher or left to soak.The infuser is black matte ceramic with a very fine metal mesh in the bottom which will keep most tealeaves in the cup which has a white glazed interior and doesn't leak. I've had numerous cups of tea in it so far and not one leaf has made it through the strainer into the mug itself.The 3rd piece is a black lid or saucer, depending on you needs. I filled the mug, let the tea brew and then removed the strainer, placing it in the inverted lid so it wouldn't spill anywhere. As a lid, the fit isn't perfect but it has a rim so won't just slip off. The same rim keeps the liquid in the saucer when the used infuser is placed in it, ready for reuse, depending what tea you use.I love the thumb rest on top of the handle. The shape of the handle itself won't suit everyone and it can take a few sips before you've worked out how it's comfortable to hold, that's the only real problem with what is otherwise a fantastic tea infuser mug set4* – I love it! The glaze is lovely, the green is a great colour and looks like studio pottery, not mass produced thanks to this matte green and black glaze. The fine metal mesh strainer in the bottom of the ceramic infuser is very effective, the lid makes for a useful saucer, although slips a little as a lid but the rim prevents it from falling off. I love the wooden part of the handle and the thumb rest but not everyone will find it comfortable to use

Broke not long after buying. Bottom filter fell out. Can't use without the filter falling out.
