Great EDC
It borders on being too big for an everyday carry but how I choose to ride it at a tilt it's just fine. The knife is sturdy strong well built ergonomic appealing to look at and I'm confident it'll get me through whatever I need. This is another great brand of knife that you really can't go wrong with.

Very well made
Heavy, thick, very sharp outta the box. Can take a beating, no chips, no bends, no brakes. Nice sheath, doesn't wobble, holds tight.

Very, Very Nice!
I was on the pre-order list for this model, and having to wait 40 days was well worth it. Sharp out of the box, good balance and excellent fit and finish. Have not field tested it yet, I am curious as to how it chops when incorporating the palm swell on the end of the handle. It should help with rear hand placement, although at this length I wouldn’t buy this as a camp chopper as it is more built as an all around survival knife. I personally like to pack a camp axe for any heavy duty chopping.Eafengrow continues to hit it out of the ballpark with their recent factory releases. Excellent value for the money spent.EDIT: I was able to vertically and horizontally baton some seasoned wood fairly efficiently, and it maintained the edge well enough to makes some nice curlies. No rolling or chipping of the edge.If Eafengrow is reading these reviews, please consider making this model in a satin or uncoated finish.
