I'm going to be honest, I thought these were going to be some bad cheap kinda headphones like I've gotten in the past but I was wrong! It is super comfy,even with the small roundish headphones that sit in the ear areas which I thought was going to be an issue. I'm a side and stomach sleeper so my head is always turned to the side, I haven't felt any uncomfortability with it.I am also surprised by the sound quality too! I expected some crappy, tinny type headphones but it isn't that. It's definitely not $300 bose/sennheiser quality but it is perfectly acceptable for an item like this.Overall I am pretty happy with this, it's a great napping tool for me as a lot of light comes into my room and I can cover my eyes while listening to music! I would recommend to anyone looking for some solid sleep headphones.

These headphones are in a stretchy headband that are comfortable and will fit most head sizes without difficulty. The headband is a 2 ply design with appropriate stitching to hold the ear pieces and control unit in place, but allow easy removal for washing and slightly less easy replacement afterwards. The ear pieces can also be adjusted within the headband so that they sit directly over your ears and they generally stay in place.The ear pieces themselves are on the larger side when compared to the ubiquitous modern earbuds, but look instead like speakers from the 80's headphones. Not being tiny, they have no trouble providing a balanced sound with plenty of base. They have a moderately low max volume, but loud enough unless there's a ton of background noise. I works recommend something else, preferably with active nose cancelling, for airplane travel. Being relatively large and flat, I can usually find a position as a side sleeper where are comfortable.The controls are a bit odd. The power/play/answer button functions as expected, but volume and next/previous control is different from other setups. To change the volume, the + or - button needs to be held. To skip forward, tap the - button and to skip back, tap the + button. I think the idea behind that setup is based on the way the controls are laid out when worn, when tapping on your own forehead, but it could have been better handled by reversing the +/- buttons and having next/previous match volume up/down.My perpetual annoyance with low end usb-c charging devices like this are they don't follow any of the usb-c standards. This means that if you have a high power usb-c charger that does PD charging, like a usb-c laptop charger, no charging at all happens. I have a number of such chargers around to charge laptops, phones, and power banks. None of them will charge these headphones. The two charging methods I have found that do work are basic USB wall plugs with usb-a ports or using a power bank, in both cases requiring a usb-a to usb-c cable (a short cable of this type is provided).

I was a little surprised by the box they came in. The material is soft and stretchy. It fit easily on my head. The Bluetooth connected easily to my phone and I was ready to go to sleep. The headband was comfortable and the speakers, although larger, were hardly noticeable when I laid my head down. The sound quality is good and it is easy to adjust the volume using the buttons at the top. I have found myself wearing them around the house quite often. Just comfy to wear and listen to my music.

I got this band to listen to thunderstorm sounds while I go to sleep. While they connect to the phone fine and they sound decent, they squeeze my head just a bit too much. They absolutely work to keep out most if the light, but I can keep them on for more than fifteen minutes or so. So, for relaxing for about fifteen minutes, these would work pretty well.Maybe if you're not using them to try to go to sleep they'd be better. But even using them to go for a walk or something, they'd still be tight on my head. Someone with a smaller head would loves these things, but my head is pretty average so it would have to be quite a small head. Another small issue is you have to resituate the earpads each time so they lay on both ears. They're sort of free floating in the band.However, they do connect well, and they sound good enough for everyday use. And they charge with usb-c, which you think would be a given anymore, but it isn't always. So, a star comes off for being too tight and not quite as comfortable as they seemed in the listing, but if it weren't for that they'd work prefect. So, if you're small or pressure on you head doesn't bother you, these would be a good headband for sleeping, walking... whatever.

The headband is comfortable on my head (small-ish side), but the control panel on the front isn't very comfortable. Luckily, it's small and I don't sleep directly on my face.The headband was very easy to pair with Bluetooth, and the volume was adequate if you are trying to sleep with these on. In my opinion, these are probably better for outdoor jogging where you want ears covered but still be able to listen to music. There are no ear cups, so you are sleeping directly on top of the speakers if you sleep with this. That's not comfortable for me.The sound quality is basic; again, these aren't meant so much for enjoyable sound as they are to have sound available without requiring an ear bud to be physically in your ear.They get the job done, but I am not rushing out to purchase a second pair.
