Very Good Grinder
I bought this grinder to replace my manual grinders I was surprised how easy and fast it was to use. the grinder is light weight but not cheap feeling. It grinds very well and comes with a funnel and two cleaning brushers. It is easy to take apart and clean. It also charges by usb c. my only issue is that when the unit is apart if the button is pressed the motor will start. There is a lock on it I am very happy with it and company are approachable I would recommend it would buy again. I wish i bought it sooner it is so fast to grind products.

Poor quality broken after 7 weeks use.
The product initially started out great but after 7ish weeks use it started coming apart at the base. It's now only usful as a paperweight. Very disappointing.

It's ok but a novelty.
Initially I was pleased with the item but this only lasted a couple of days. Then it just became annoying. The products performance has declined slowly over the time I have used it.It does not feel robust. And had fundamental flaws. Firstly the motors spindle that connects to the aluminium blade is a lose fitting piece of plastic. Why? It would have cost pennies to make it from aluminium. It appears to be weak point.Second it's does not cut all the herbs properly. See the first picture. This is what's left in the top. I don't know why. I only half fill it.After you scrape it out carefully to avoid touching the blades you are left with picture 2, blocked holes. Then you have to poke all the herbs out.Still not finished being annoyed yet? You will be when you realised that half your herb is now stuck in the curved cone at the end. No amount of tapping or shaking will free it up. And because it's curved you cannot push anything in to sweep it out. That's a flaw. It should have been a screw on to free it off and make it easy to get all your herbs. So after all that I have come to realise it's a cool novelty that is ultimately not great at its job. I have a £7 hand cranked one thats bigger, had more capacity, a finer grind and does not ever become cloggedSo there you go that my honest review. One caveat is that this is good for those with limited hand strength or movement.

Needs reassessed. Seems like a prototype.
Nightmare to clean. After grinding about 4-5 in a row, it stop working properly,by the grinder being full with your item ,no matter how much you dry it. The grinding element itself does come apart for cleaning but its not worth the amount of time that goes into it cleaning it,compared to how much item you get grinder by the time you need to clean it again. I ended up grinding and scooping the grinded item out because the holes always got blocked easy. It says not to put alot in it before grinding but the amount you are supposed to put in is minute and will take a ling time to grind to finish grinding all your item.I am going to buy another pen grinder Like I had before I lost it,due to it having none of these problems. I only bought this because I needed a eletric grinder and I thought I would try something new, especially since it was just like a manuel hand grinder and has new types of grinding element(sword shaped) but electric. I do like the fact you can press the button to grind clockwise or anticlockwise and when you press the button either way. The grinder turns clockwise then anticlockwise before continuing to grind. Same way as you would do by hand. I really think it needs to be faster, the handle slimmer but not the grinding part. I still think proper "pen grinders" as they are called are better because they have blades and spin much fast and you can grind much more before any clogging issues happen.I think instead of grinding to powder it should make it's holes bigger and state the grinder results will be just like what you get from a manuel hand grinder.(trust me there is nothing wrong with that.)

The best
This is a brilliant herb grinder, easy to use, fill, grind, and empty! Best thing I've bought in a while and much better than a manual herb grinder.

Works good but not for long.
I purchased this for a present. It worked great until it just packed up after 7 weeks.
