Great taste
I tried this on recommendation from a friend. The oil reminds me of the taste of walnuts. I take a teaspoon daily though some use it in cooking. Dry skin on my lips is improving so I will keep on using this oil.

A Lovely Oil
Love this oil. Feels healthy when I consume it. Like the fact it's cold pressed, organic and a good blend of vegetarian omega 3,6 &9.

Love this oil
Love this oil. Not sure if it actually helps with joints but is delicious so will keep on using it. With all that good for you stuff in it I guess it's keeling me oiled.
