The delivery was quick. My plant was saved.

Light works very well. I’ve had it for about 4 months and it still works. I’m using it for my indoor lime plant. The plant is thriving and it’s producing fruit. I live in the north east.

Did anyone else's plants die a slow and (probably) agonizing death? Mine did -.-I live in NYC and purchased the lights as a sunlight replacement to keep my basil plant that I was so proud of; alive during the winter months. My apartment gets no sunlight at all and during the summer, I place my plant outside for few hours to get enough sunlight to do its photosynthesis thing. I literally just replaced the sun with the lamp, and within a month, there were brown spots on the leaves, they shriveled up and died slowly, I tried salvaging a few shoots by transferring them to water in order to propagate, those died too. I really tried!!! I just wanted to be able to make fresh pesto during the winter goddammit! If anyone has any advice on how to get this thing to not kill my basil, please let me know.

UPDATED REVIEW 11/11/18:The company reached out and offered a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement. I've had it in heavy usage for the past 3-4 days, and it appears to be working still. I'm increasing the review to 3 stars from 1 since, hey, anyone can get a good product that arrives broken, happens. I can still only give it a 3 because the options are still a little lacking--it has no timer function, only two brightness settings. I'll update my review again if that opinion changes. Yeah, it works, but there are other products that offer more ability to tweak the lighting set up for virtually the same process. I appreciated the customer service, that would get a 4-star review.ORIGINAL POSTThis stopped working within a week of first using it. Also, they don't make it clear but unlike other lights of this sort, it advises against you using it for more than 5 hours at time. This is not a set it and forget it product and it broke almost immediately. Spend $3 more and get literally any other grow light.

Have been using for a few months and seems to be keeping my succulents happy and alive.

I'm actually a bit surprised that this works as well as it does, but it really does the trick! My year-old lemon tree is thriving under this lamp on my kitchen floor, well-protected from the current sub-zero temperatures outside!

Here’s the list of negatives I was surprised by:1. Incredibly dim on highest setting2. Flexible Goosenecks don’t hold their position in anything but absolutely verticalI’m an accomplished indoor grower of ornamentals. I purchased this light for a unique position and to provide additional light in this spectrum. My typical grow lights are low-cost GE Bright Stik daylights. 3 of them will grow a Mangrove indoors.These red/blue LEDs are no where equivalent to a 18w LED bulb. Additionally, the gooseneck stays no where in any position but absolutely vertical, it’s worthless.Also note: a lot of anecdotal evidence these days doesn’t favor only red and blue light. Daylight bulbs that provide plenty of yellow, orange, and even green produce much better results.I am going to take this light apart (I’ve alrea modified the clamp), and use the strips in another configuration.

I've been using this a while now and I can safely say that I really like them. They're bright and easy to direct. The wands are a little heavy so they don't magically go absolutely anywhere but they're doing the job I wanted for keeping light on my African Violet babies that are in a darker corner of my plant area.I guess I only gave them a 4 because they're not magical and the wand is heavy. I'm not sure there is any way to improve on them but I do like the dual switches and I think they give better coverage the single bulb lights.
