If I could give 10 stars, I wouldI tried valerian pills a few times before from another brand and itdidn't help me but these pills are so much better than the onesI've tried beforeIt's been a couple of weeks since I started taking Vitasleep tabletsand I am very happy with this product.I had some problems in my life and I had really bad anxiety, Icouldn't sleep even when I was tired, and when I did fall asleep Iwoke up in the middle of the night and the next day I was tiredand sleepy which affected my work.The first day after I started taking these tablets I felt a bigdifference, I take a little more tablets than recommended becauseI have really bad anxiety and I think I need a higher dose, butsomeone else may be fine with a lower dose, everyone is different.These tablets have a strong smell, but I read somewhere that itmeans good quality of valerian, for me it's not a problem. I highlyrecommend this product . I recommend using during the evening you can use valerian for anxiety but it will make you very sleepy so its definitely not a day supplement. I usually take 4 capsules 2 after dinner and 2 right before I go to sleep.
