6 months in and product failed!!!
I haven’t used the product much because it was very loud, now it has completely stopped working…. Not worth it

Dosent turn manually
Fans are way too loud even the xbox one is more quiet that these And for the fans to turn off the xbox needs to be shut down not in sleep mode. There a sensor in the back that turns off the fans but feel like it should of been manually

Need more power
It needs more power, it doesn't turn off when you turn off the console, nor does it turn on automatically when you turn on the console...

Work excellent the first day or two but
after that I would put my hand over the top to find it hot or warm air when the first two days it was nice and cool I guess for the money spent it’s a nice pick up

Breaks fast
Product seem to work fine in the beginning. Fan broke after a week of use though. If you are an intense gamer, I would not recommend.

It’s loud and you have to at times manually turn it on and always have to manually turn it off….spend a bit extract and get you a proper one
