Revel CTM-680 Tortilla/ROTI/NAAN/Maker, 8-Inch, Silver

The product stopped working during the first use and is no longer functional. As the machine was pre-heating, it suddenly stopped heating. The power light no longer activates and the surface does not heat. I have seen that other users have had similar experiences and I am unsure why this product has not been improved. At first, I believed that it was an issue with my outlet but after extensive troubleshooting and trying different outlets and checking my breaker box, I am 100% certain that this product is defective out of the box. I've previously used products from REVEL and found that they were exceptional and reliable, but this is an anomaly. I hope that this issue is addressed by their design team.

This is a great machine! Will buy again for gifts. Highly recommend for easy cooking.

The media could not be loaded. I got this machin few months ago , I used only for once and now it’s not working , this product is not worth to buy , I upload video , even power light is not turning on , and they can’t take return back , garbage product

Do not waste your money, trash quality i got two of them they lasted less than 20 minutes, returning both of them, shame on the company, selling such a trash quality

I bought that for my sister by thinking that making roti will be easier for her with the help of this roti maker. Not true. You have to put or waste more energy while making roti with this machine. My sister stopped to use that immediately

Literally used it once, made 4 tortillas and it stopped working!So useless!
