Very easy to install by an Experienced person, not myself. And it works great.

Very bright LED lights on constantly
Our Keystone Hideout travel trailer USB port died and so we replaced it with this unit. I should have read the reviews... the lights are SO bright at night. I wish we could turn the lights off. This is most problematic at night when sleeping this acts as a nightlight, which we don't like. The USB port is located at the end of our bed, otherwise, this was easy to install and charges all of our devices fine.

the mounting holes from the original were an exact fit

Not what I expected
This surface charger is fast and low profile. Is not as bulletproof as I expected. The metal insert is falling out any time I pull the charging cable. I guess you get what you pay for.

I mounted it on the dashboard of my golf cart. The wires are very small and only needs a tiny little hole to mount this. When powered on it lights up green at all times

Great looking port.
Fast delivery of usb port exactly as described. Nice green power indicator lights and easy installation. I put these in my travel trailer and use to charge phone and other devices.
