This works so well I was convinced I was in a dream at work the next day. I struggle with a sensitive stomach and my tummy handled this well. I also like that it's a powder so you can build up your tolerance. Love this magnesium.

Slow drip method is what I use when taking this magnesium citrate. I mix it in the morning or the night before and add a little juice to offset the taste. Usually fresh squeezed lemon. I sip it throughout the day which gets it into my system a little at a time. I sleep so soundly with this magnesium!

I have an auto immune disorder that makes me very ill. I have tried other products with very bad reactions; this one is my go to! It is very light, mixes in most things very well, with no after taste or drink discoloration or residual flavor. I enjoy it mix d into flavor waters and plan water and have had zero issues!

Bought this off a friends recommendation however she did not buy through Amazon & I did not check reviews prior to ordering. Notice NO reviews since June 2023 on this product. Please READ even the most recent reviews from June 2023 are regarding the taste. This product taste like fish/ shrimp, its disgusting and something is off. As you can read others in the past comments did not mention any fish taste. I'm not sure what's going on but I requested a refund and threw it in the trash. My friend said hers has no taste and something is wrong with my product. Be cautious if buying this product something is going on. This is my fault for not reading or looking into the reviews but I encourage everyone to do so. The fact there are no reviews since June of 2023 should say something.

I liked how quickly it dissolved. It had a good taste I didn't like that it was a powder. It's hard to take with you when you are traveling. The container is big & bulky, hard to pack. You have to be careful not to spill it. It would be messy.

I am shocked that Pattern seller that sells Seeking Health Magnesium Powder here on Amazon replied to one of the questions here regarding what citric acid is derived from - the answer was“It derived from the fermentation of Aspergillus niger which is mold !I had called the company in 2022 and they replied“The citric acid Magnesium Glycinate is derived from CORNTesting verifies that this product is free from GMO markers”I want to see that testand even though it’s better than MOLDi will not purchase itso people decide for yourselves
