Wondered how something like this would work
I've heard of silicone bake ware before so I decided to give it a try after my husband insisted he wanted individually baked cinnamon rolls. I purchased to make hamburger buns. It worked out perfectly! The buns turned out the way a hamburger bun should look. The pan was easy to clean and store. I'm sure the results will be good when I do make the cinnamon rolls.

Made buns and it was fantastic!! Warm to the touch coming out of a 375 oven and not even a hint of sticking!!

Not easy to clean
These work great in the oven to make hamburger buns. My problem is I don’t feel they are easy to clean. I washed them by hand and struggled to get them completely clean. They come out better if I put them in my dishwasher (top shelf only). I’ve tried spraying them with cooking oil and the rolls release easier and have a nice crustiness to them but it hasn’t made the tray any easier to clean.

Makes a decent size Bun.... extremely flimsy though.
At first I thought it was a huge mistake with what they sent me. It was the most flimsy, thin piece of silicone Ive ever seen in my life. To describe it is like a Molded Mesh.... It is NOT for any type of batter.... Batter would run through the many, tiny little hols in the "mesh like" material. Looks more like a screen..Will NOT hold liquid or runny batter. You MUST put the "tray" onto a baking sheet first in order to get it in OR out of the oven.All That said.... It did make a perfect "bun" with the KETO dough we used. You don't want to press it in either because the dough would stick to it as well... making it impossible for the Bun to come out of the mold. Even if you coated it with oil, grease, crisco or sprayed it with oil spray. You want to make the shape first by hand and then place it into the mold. What that does it just keep its shape... making it a bun to use for burgers or sandwiches.

Moule à pain en silicone
The media could not be loaded. Formidable!.. j'avais un doute au départ, maintenant je suis convaincu. Pas besoin de huiler le moule, ça décolle toute seule (voir la vidéo que j'ai ajouté). Et pour le nettoyage, facile aussi. Je l'ai mis dans le lave-vaisselle dans le panier du haut. Je le recommande!

Lost cost Hambeurger mold
One must use a cookie metal try under to bake with was super easy to pop out the baked buns once again from filling to baking its a two-part system the metal try and the silicon bread from if you don't wish to used a 2 part system then buy a metal bread form I was not familiar with a silicon bake mode so this is why I try it now the next bake mold I will buy will be stamped metal mold
