These bands are extremely sturdy and super comfortable. I’m used to working out with the latex resistance bands. Unlike those bands, you don’t have to worry about these tearing or snapping. They won’t roll and I found they are perfect if you like to exercise in shorts. The fabric is comfortable against your skin and they don’t pinch or get sweaty.This set comes in 3 sizes and that’s where you get the different levels of resistance. They’re great for squats!

I am in love with this set. I have thick thighs, but can use all 3, depending on the exercise and resistance I want. They are thick, soft, and well made! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

This is an awesome combo-you can even double up the bands to provide extra resistance if needed! These are so sturdy feeling and thick. On the outside there’s the fabric, and inside it’s non slip so it doesn’t move up or down your legs or cause bruising. The thick width of the band is so perfect. It just keeps it in place and it’s really amazing. I loooove this set. Perfect for at home or hotel/travel!

The biggest negative is the smell! From the moment I opened the package, it smelled so disgusting but I thought the smell would go away. It hasn't and it has even stank my gym bag!! The red/pink color (medium I believe) is very small for me so it gets no use. The blue (large) is also a bit small but still useable. The black one (xl) is just perfect for me. If it wasn't for such a terrible smell it would get a better rating but I just can't stand it. I got these because of the material because they don't slide off or get weird like the rubber ones.

Quality is excellent, but stretch-ability of all three belts is a bit too much for beginners. I would prefer to have strong, medium and weak rather than three different sizes.

Product arrived as promised. I've used the bands twice so far and they are great. A huge step up from standard rubber bands. Only issue is the black XL size is so big it's almost useless, but could be useful to those who are bigger. I am 5'4 and 150lbs. The pink and teal are perfect. They do not roll like rubber ones do. They stay in place for the most part, can slide up or down a bit depending on what exercise you're doing. So far I like them and don't regret purchasing. Excited to continue using them. I did not receive the free keychain past reviewers said they got, though no where in the product description does it say one will be included. An added bonus, but it doesn't appear they are giving them out anymore fyi.

Very happy with these. I wanted something I could use at home so these are perfect for that. I like the texture and feel, more comfortable than the rubber ones at the gym. The variety pack is also nice because you can switch from one to the other depending on what workout you are focusing on. The price is right and the product is good — no complaints from me :)

Very comfortable and love the colours. Easy to use and like the different sizes. I like how these ones being fabric they dont fold up or twist around, they stay where you put them. I use these for squats and work great. I gave 4 stars because I wish they were more durable. I used them for over 2 months and the black and pink one are starting to rip on one side.

I love these bands and the customer service I have received.Delivery of the bands was very prompt, but one band was missing. I contacted the RIMSports customer service, they promptly responded and resolved this issue. These bands are comfortable and of very good quality. The variety pack allows me to move from one band strength to another as I progress in my workouts. Unlike the elastic type bands, these didn’t roll up and pinch during my workout. My only recommendation is that a resistance equivalent be added (for example, the black band is equal to 20 lbs of resistance).

The bands are of excellent quality and feel very sturdy. I’ve had a couple sets of resistant bands from other brands before, and these, while for specific types of workouts, feel far superior. I especially like the cotton texture and the larger width of the bands, which feel much better compared to conventional nylon-like ones.

I’d never tried bands besides the silicone type but I really liked these. The hip circles looked very high quality. The fabric(way it is woven) is really thick but it didn’t roll during use. They helped stabilize my legs (I’m recovering from a ski accident ) and gave me the confidence to push my limits a bit but feel confident at the same time. I added 25 lbs on the leg press to reach a new max with the circles so that’s awesome:) I tried them a few other ways (squats, bosu ball, etc) and wasn’t disappointed. I also like that there is a range of sizes in the package too, as I could share them with my gym buddy too. For the price I think these are really good value and a neat addition to my gym bag.

These bands are awesome! They're made of thick and stretchy material which are as comfortable as they are versatile for resistance training. They are also easy to wash. I would recommend these for people looking for variety or to level up their home, outdoor or gym workouts.

My boyfriend got these for me as I work 5 days a week 9-5 and I usually do not have the time to go to gym. So, these come in handy. These are great quality, durability and the colors are so cute as well! I absolutely love them! Also, the seller is very prompt on answering any questions. It is always a plus point to have a great seller along with a great product. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

the different resistance curves from each of the three bands makes choosing your intensity level for each of your exercises much easier than a one size fits all band. Great quality of materials and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Excellent quality. Very tough,never rolls. I can only use the black one, the other two are too strong. Working my way up. Really recommend this product to work our butt off!

The bands were really good quality! My girlfriend and I have never used these fabric type resistance bands before but we love them now. They will be our go to set of bands from now on and love the fact that they fold up easy and store easy as well.

These bands are gorgeous and look they will be a lot of fun. They are durable, they don't slide and they don't hurt to use...aside from the muscles that are working, obviously!
