Good for cooking
I thought it would be same as the flakes but the taste is quite different. I have passed it on to my daughter who is gluten free. She uses it in her bread or other cooking/baking.

Odour
used product the day it arrived, it seems to have absorbed the odour of other spices, in manufacturing? storage? i do not know. I generally leave 3 stars if as expected, then go up or down from there. So not quite as expected.

Good product.
Very good product. If you add it to your porridge, you will have to MIX IT A LOT. It goes into a stodgy lump otherwise. I am happy with this product though.

Minimal shelf-life before expiry
Unfortunately more than 50% of my order had a minimal shelf-life before its expiry therefore my idea of buying in a greater quantity for the saving didn’t materialise.

Good product, but you need to be careful not to use too much as it can cause stomach pain.
