I bought this because I really want to use my wired Hori fighting commander for Xbox One for my Switch to play Capcom and SNK arcade fighting games. The Pro Controller just wasn't quite cutting it for me. It was a headache trying to figure out this device because there are no instructions, and just a little card saying something about drivers. The website does have a RAR file to download that has a PC application to update drivers and set up profiles. That's very useful. I still struggled with my fighting commander, it wouldn't work on Switch, and there's nothing helpful online, it turns out I had to move a switch on the bottom of the controller, it was set to Xbox One, which my PC recognizes, but changing it to Xbox 360/PC got it to work on Switch, and it makes a great difference playing Street Fighter III 3rd Strike, King Of Fighters series, and everything else. I'm sure wireless controllers with the added dongle would be easier to set up instantly.

Great product I can't believe it works like this. With rumble and everything. I do have some disconnect issues once in awhile.I think it starts with the controller disconnecting at the cable but then the device seems to have an issue. I replug everything and back in business

I plugged this in and plugged my Playstation 4, Dual Shock 4 controller into the other end.It began working immediately. If you guys are on the fence, don't be. This is definitely one of many solutions to using something other than joycons.I almost purchased another controller but figured why do that when i can use what i already have.

It works as it says, make sure you go into settings and enable wired pro controller and make sure you really push that usb-c connector into the switch until it's snug. Pretty easy from there.

Works great, exactly as described. Easy for my teen to set up.

There is no way that I have found to update the firmware on a mac. As a student that doesn't have access to a pc, I'm not able to use this product.

Cant wake up switch from sleep mode.have to disconnect and reconnect usb c cable to make work. Only one usb port.other than that works great .
